This letter is from our Forum Member SoulScar. It gives a clear picture, of just what it is like, being raised in a Church of God group. The group described is The Church of God - Emerson Wilson - Newark, Ohio. Although he has passed away, the group is still going, and is listed on the chart of Church of God Splits. There have been further divisions, splits, of this group, and we have added this group, as a separate forum, on our forum site. Please go there for more information, regarding this and other Church of God abusive groups.
The name and location, may be slightly different... but the outcome of the doctrine, and the results are the same, no matter what Church of God you get involved with, simply amazing. These doctrines when carried to there extreme, which is the tendancy, result in the abuse of the people. Thus the reason we are here.
